HDA Series

Harmonic drive servo actuators Used in applications with demanding requirements they provide precision motion control and high torque capacity in a very compact package. The power transmission of this actuator includes a bevel gear accompanied by a stainless-steel harmonic drive gearbox which leads to a very low mechanical backlash in output shaft. the reduction ratio of the actuator is 300 while is located in a very compact capacity thanks to the harmonic drive gearbox. Also use of hardened stainless-steel material in body frame has led to an integrated strong system. – The HDA series includes a brushed – brush less servo motor, precision reduction gear and potentiometer, electronic servo control and amplifier, all packed inside a low-weight compact high grade aluminum case. All parts used in this actuator such as electronic parts ( resistor, IC, capacitor and etc.) , potentiometer, motor and the connector are military grade and so have high reliability. This unit complies harsh condition requirements such as mechanical u0026amp; thermal shock, salt spray, stochastic vibration, linear acceleration, thermal cycle, humidity, low u0026amp; high temperature which is built to MIL-STD-810 standards.
